Vienna Piano Privacy Policy:
Under no circumstances will Vienna Piano share a customer's information with any individuals or companies.
When we process your order, your credit card information is kept strictly confidential. For added protection, your complete credit card numbers are not printed on any receipt.
Refunds and Returns:
You may return your piano and receive a full refund if the piano is not in the condition described. We make every effort to describe our pianos accurately on our website. Our description doesn't end there, because when we speak on the phone, we will describe in more detail the condition of the piano. If you receive your piano and the condition is not what you expected, we will refund your money less half of the shipping charges incurred.
Warranty:
We warranty all of our pianos for 10 years on parts and labor. There are no hidden clauses or catches here. Our thinking is that if we can't provide an instrument that will perform without problems for at least 10 years then we will not offer it to the public. This warranty does not include sun damage due to leaving the piano in direct sunlight for a prolonged period of months or water damage due to prolonged exposure on waterfront locations.
