We have completely reconditioned this piano. It includes a 10 year warranty on all parts and labor.
This is one of the 88 pianos installed throughout the five boroughs of New York City for Sing for Hope’s piano pop-up event. Sing for Hope is a non-profit organization that raises money for music programs for underprivileged kids. Visit them at singforhope.org Check out those blue and red keys!
Here’s the second stage of this repair. The plate has been sprayed with gold paint and clear lacquer has been sprayed over that. Notice the gold overspray on the newspaper.
Here’s the first of three pictures showing the steps for spraying a piano plate (or harp) with the strings still on. The newspaper and blue tape protect the strings.
