Proper piano storage is important. You want to know that your instrument is stored in a temperature and humidity controled environment.
A safe, long term humidity level is between 38% and 52%, relative humidity. A safe long term temperature range is between 50 and 70 degrees Fahrenheit. These are the ranges we maintain in our facility.
We store only pianos and organs.
Since we restore and sell classic pianos, we also store our own pianos here.

We are fully insured. We are also registered with the State of NJ, Board of Puiblic Movers and Warehousemen. Our facility is inspected by them and we must show proof of insurance yearly in order to renew our licence. Our licence # is 0600.
The NJ Board of Public Movers and Warehousemen is a State Agency within the Division of Public Safety.

We always do a full written inspection of your piano, with you present, before we bring it into storage. We do the same inspection, with you, on its return.
Our monthly storage rate is 75.00.
Our move in rates vary slightly, but an average baby grand costs 375.00 to bring in to us and 375.00 to bring back to you. Verticals cost 245.00 each way. (Rates are based on average size pianos on ground level or 1st floors with up to 5 steps.)
These rates apply in northern and central NJ, eastern PA, and Rockland and Westchester Counties in NY.
We also have very reasonable rates outside of these areas.
Our payment policy is simple:
You pay for the move-in by cash or check when we pick-up the piano.
We bill you, preferably by email, every 3 months for the storage.
You pay for the move back, once the piano is in your home and you are fully satisified.
