Institution Benefit and Loan Program Overview:
Through this program we loan and rent pianos to schools, hospitals, libraries, music festivals and other institutions. These institutions use our instruments for practice, performance and entertainment. When the loan or rental period is over we offer these pianos and others to the staff, students, supporters, and general public at prices substantially below market value.
All of these instruments are in exceptional condition and fully warranted on all parts and labor for 10 years by Vienna Piano Company, celebrating our 23rd year in New Jersey.
These pianos are assembled at or near the location of the institution. There are grand pianos of all sizes, console and studio pianos, and player piano systems. They are usually three day events and all the instruments are sold on a first come, first served basis.
A portion of the profit is then donated back to the institution for programs of their choice.
There is usually a Piano Seminar on the evening preceding the event. This is an entertaining and informative session that deals with the process of how to purchase and make a good decision when choosing a piano. You'll learn how to tell a quality piano, benefits of music for children and adults and much more.
You may make an appointment to preview and purchase these pianos prior to the general public sale.
Appointments are suggested and are limited to 50 scheduled times. Appointments will be given on a first call, first served basis. This will give you priority status for best pricing and selection. Appointments will be available on the Friday and Saturday preceding the public sale on Sunday.
